By accessing or using TheSaaSDir (thesaasdir.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. Description of Service

TheSaaSDir is a curated directory of SaaS and AI products. We offer free listings (with badge verification) and paid listings ($19 one-time). All listings are subject to editorial review and approval.

3. Submissions

By submitting a product to TheSaaSDir, you represent that:

  • You have the right to submit the product and its associated content (name, description, screenshots, logo).
  • The information you provide is accurate and not misleading.
  • The product does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.

We reserve the right to reject, remove, or modify any listing at our sole discretion, with or without notice.

4. Free Listings and Badge Requirement

Free listings require you to display a TheSaaSDir badge on your website as a dofollow link. If the badge is removed, we will notify you via email. If the badge is not restored within 7 days, your listing may be unpublished.

5. Paid Listings

Paid listings are a one-time, non-refundable payment. Payment is processed through Stripe. Paid listings do not require a badge and include featured placement and additional dofollow backlinks as described on our pricing page.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you submit. By submitting, you grant TheSaaSDir a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display your product name, logo, description, and screenshots on our site for the purpose of operating the directory.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not:

  • Submit fraudulent, misleading, or spam listings.
  • Attempt to manipulate or interfere with the site's operation.
  • Use the site to distribute malware or engage in illegal activity.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

TheSaaSDir is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that listings will result in any specific SEO outcome, traffic, or business results.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TheSaaSDir and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or any listing on it.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will note the "last updated" date at the top of this page.
