We use the information you provide to:

  • Review, approve, and display your product listing on TheSaaSDir.
  • Contact you about your listing status, badge verification, or account-related matters.
  • Process payments for paid listings via Stripe.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Stripe — for payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data: stripe.com/privacy.
  • Amazon Web Services (S3) — for storing uploaded images (screenshots, logos).
  • Render — for hosting the application.

4. Cookies

TheSaaSDir uses only essential cookies required for the site to function (e.g., CSRF protection, session management). We do not use tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or advertising cookies.

5. Data Retention

We retain your email address and product listing data for as long as your listing is active on the site. If your listing is removed or you request deletion, we will delete your personal data within 30 days.
