The Catalog Desk Resources

The Catalog Desk Resources is a free library of practical worksheets, guides and fictional examples for freelance scope changes, catalog reviews, wholesale line sheets and event schedules. It includes downloadable CSV worksheets, a guide to opening CSV files and a duplicable Notion scope-change log.

Four optional paid local HTML tools are linked from the library: Scope Change Desk ($19 once) for manually tracking scope changes and estimating time and cost; Catalog Change Review ($19 once, preview) for comparing Shopify CSV exports; Wholesale Line Sheet Studio ($19 once) for manual line sheets and draft order quantities; and Run of Show Desk ($29 once) for sequential event plans and projected timing.

The worksheets and guides are free. The paid tools are separate downloads, not a subscription service, and do not use AI. Catalog does not update a live store; Wholesale does not synchronize inventory or process payments; Scope decisions are manually recorded; Run of Show is not a live show clock.
