SEOBuilder tracks AI visibility: which buyer questions ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Overviews, Google AI Mode and Copilot answer by naming your site, and which competitors they name instead. You enter a domain, it builds the list of questions a buyer in your market would ask, puts each one to the engines, and records who was cited. Run it again next week and you can see what moved.

It also does the ordinary SEO work: rank tracking for your keywords, and site audits that crawl your pages and list what is broken, page by page.

There are 32 free tools that need no account: a schema validator, a redirect checker, an AI crawler check that reads your robots.txt and tells you which AI bots you are letting in, an llms.txt generator, a robots.txt checker, a meta tag preview, and more. Paste a URL or some markup, get the result on the page.

There is also a free AI visibility check at seobuilder.tech/ai-visibility-check. Paste a domain and it shows which questions name that domain on Google AI Overviews and ChatGPT. No signup.

Pricing is a free tier, then Starter at $29 a month, Pro at $79, Agency at $229, or a one-time $499 lifetime licence. The free tier is a real free tier with a fixed budget of provider spend per account, not a trial that expires.

It is built by one person and self-funded. Every scan spends real money at the data providers, so the quotas on each tier are stated on the pricing page and enforced in code rather than promised in a spreadsheet. There are no team seats, no compliance badges and no numbers on the site that the code behind it cannot show.
