Invoice Inbox

Invoice Inbox is an n8n automation workflow designed for freelancers and small ops teams to manage vendor invoices. It polls Gmail for invoice PDFs, extracts vendor name, amount, and due date using regex pattern matching on the PDF text, and writes one row per invoice to Google Sheets. The system logs all invoice statuses without ever paying vendors or interfacing with banking systems.

The product includes two pre-built n8n workflows that require no LLM to operate. When extraction confidence falls below 70%, the invoice is flagged as needs_review and a Slack notification is sent for human review. This makes it ideal for teams living in Gmail and Google Sheets who want simple invoice logging without enterprise AP software or automated payment systems.

Setup involves importing the workflows into n8n and connecting Gmail, Google Sheets, and Slack. The pack is priced at $49 and explicitly does not support bill creation, vendor emails, auto-pay, or bank integrations.
